The Multimedia Unit of Link-Up (Qld) was fortunate to secure an interview with Archie while he waited to perform. Link-Up (Qld) staff were swept off their feet busily keeping up with the demand of bagging t-shirts, books, newsletters, notebooks, fans, thermal mugs and other promotional materials for the surging crowd.

Link-Up Queensland was established in response to recommendations contained in the Bringing Them Home Report. The service strives to enhance the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by reuniting those over the age of eighteen years who have experienced enforced separation from their families and communities through adoption Nunkuwarrin Yunti's Link-Up SA Program is funded by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (Federal), and also receives reunion funding from the Department of Premier & Cabinet, Aboriginal Affairs & Reconciliation (State).
